Immigration Law Review

Kinslor Prince Lawyers has established Immigration Law Review to assist practitioners to keep up to date with legislative changes in the field of Australian immigration law.

ILR documents amendments to the Migration Act 1958, the Migration Regulations 1994 and the Australian Citizenship Act 2007 and provides summaries and analysis of legislative amendments by specialist immigration legal practitioners and other relevant experts.

The role of ILR is to provide immigration law practitioners with an efficient and comprehensive means of reviewing the constant legislative changes impacting upon their practice and clients.

The format of ILR will assist practitioners to systematically track legal developments.
ILR legal analysis will be based upon principles of administrative law.
